1. Program Name and Description
Peak 9860 SMS Program
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Peak 9860 related to updates, resources, reminders, and promotional content pertaining to our services and community. Message frequency may vary.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to 502-401-1142. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin the SMS service, opt in again as you did initially. Upon rejoining, you will begin receiving SMS messages from us once more.
4. Help Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at chris@peak9860.com.
5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and Data Rates Disclaimer
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Industry Compliance
